Has anyone got Android 5.1 yet?

That is going to vary hugely based on manufacturer of device. Not to mention if you are in the USA. USA gets the first updates. Give it a few months for it to hit Canada.

I got it today on my nexus 5 and wife didn't on nexus 6 or nexus 7 or 9!!!!

Google releases it for Nexus devices first. Usually in waves.

Based on the Nexus Factory Images , the Nexus 5 and 6 have 5.1 updates. it may take a few weeks before they're rolled out as a Over-The-Air (OTA) update. The Nexus 4 is still pending.
