I used to have my acct on auto payment and for some reason it stopped working as the account is not listed on my telus site i can not get it working again and i cannot find a phone number that works to talk to some one

I'd start with the chat function, and if that doesn't work, the following number and departments should be able to assist, Technical Support: 1-888-811-2323, Account, billing & sales support: same number: 1-888-811-2323
