Well isn't this wonderful. Not only are you airing your frustrations on an telus only forum but you have to disclose all of your identifying information before you can air your grievances. Two instances in a row I have had recordings of Forensic Files II erased within 24 hrs after recording. I may have to follow my son's lead and only use free internet offerings ie. apple tv, etc. This was my first time locking into a one year contract with anyone. Half way through and I am beginning to regret it. It has been less than thrilling. One thing is with this self isolation is that I am getting really sick of watching TV especially when i comes to watching TV I want when I want.
