Hey there!
Last summer we had an Alarm.com ADC VDB750 Wired Video Doorbell Camera installed by Telus Security. The issue I am having is that it only records for 30 second increments and then wonโt record again for 30 seconds. Is there a way to get it to record 24 hours a day without breaks? Our camera constantly misses recording key moments due to these 30 second breaks between recordings and it makes the camera completely useless.

There is no security camera that records 24/7 without a NVR (network video recorder) system. That runs on a dedicated hard drive. Have you setup your camera to record only on certain parts of the GRID you select and set to motion.

Yes to both. Has no problem detecting motion, the problem is it only records 30 seconds then stops. Iโd like to find a way to record for longer periods. Like if someone is at my door for 2 minutes, Iโd like to capture the entire time theyโre there. I donโt know if this is possible with this camera.

It's not possible with the system.
