Yes to both. Has no problem detecting motion, the problem is it only records 30 seconds then stops. I’d like to find a way to record for longer periods. Like if someone is at my door for 2 minutes, I’d like to capture the entire time they’re there. I don’t know if this is possible with this camera.
It's not possible with the system.
