I found out that the power supply to the Telus hub is not white and does not have any marking on it to identify it as the correct power supply. That's a problem if one has more than one power supply for devices close to each other and one disconnects the power supply for cleaning or rearranging.
I just found out that Telus will charge you 150 dollars if you plug the wrong power supply in the hub and then as a result, arrange to get a tech to come by.

@Randolph Put a tag on power supply FOR HUB ONLY
November
That's an excellent idea! Did you put the tag on the cable near the plug?

I should add that I did connect with Telus support before the tech came by. The agent connected to my iPhone camera and watched me while I connected and disconnected the power supply. The agent did not tell me that I was not using the correct power supply.
