When i signed up for contract with telus. I signed up for pure fibre plan. But now we moved and in our new area telus cannot provide fibre service and when i am asking them cancel they are charging me 300$ penalty fees. Why should i pay that when its telus failure to provide me the service i signed up for. I am with telus for the last 4 years. Now i am very upset.
