Wi-fi cutting in and out

Jrusso
Just Moved In
I have lived at my house for about 3 years and have had no issues with speed or connection up until this last month. Previously, there would be up to 3 game systems playing online with people streaming as well. In the last month there’s been significantly less traffic on the wi-fi so it makes the issue harder to understand:
Just recently, the wifi has been cutting in and out for about 10-30 minutes at a time. I already did a factory reset on my router, checked all the connections and had the TELUS rep come out. The Telus rep tested and confirmed there’s been no issues up to the router for this past month and said it’s likely the issue is in my house. I reset every device connected to wi-fi in my house and upgraded from 15-25mbs but still am having the exact same issues.
Any suggestions on what my fix could be?

Keep a record of the instances and length of the outages, and discuss with the next tech. Just because it was behaving at the time of the previous tech visit, does not preclude a problem.

The more info you have to share, the better the ability to troubleshoot.
