Has anyone had similar issues where you renew to their new 2 year purefibre plan and they advertise WIFI 6 included but when you call, all departments refuse to ship out WIFI 6 upgrade?

Telus will not prove me fee update to Wifi6. The loyal program manager said exiting customer has to pay $350. Here is the email they sent me “hope this email gets you well, I try to reach you out like 5 minutes ago with no answer, just letting you know that we find a issue with the modem of wifi 6, there is a charge for 350 dollars one time charge,”

After contact 10 customer support with no results. Just two day ago loyalty manager said to me on Dec 12, existing customer is not eligible for the free Wi-Fi 6 upgrade, it will cost me $350. What a joke.
