I would like to transfer of my internet service to the new owner, who is also taking over my house rental. I have submitted the transfer form twice, but neither the new owner nor I have received any email confirmation related to the transfer.
We did, however, receive the SMS message. Here is my sms (not sure about his message)
TELUS Msg: We have received your permission for **377 to take over your account. **377 must call within 30 days to complete the transfer. Until then, all account obligations remain your responsibility. Have a question or need help? Visit telus.com/HomeTransfer. This number is not monitored and cannot accept replies.
The new owner called Telus at 310-2255, but they were advised to submit the form, which we have already done.
Could you please clarify what further steps are required to complete the transfer? Your guidance would be greatly appreciated.
