I have 3 homes without Internet on the street who have the same issue. It's flashing green on the modem. Telus said they would come out in a fricken week.
How does this happen? Is some tech accidentally disconnecting random connection on street? Is it plugged incorrectly in port? Why 3 homes?
I told Telus it's the whole street and even reported it as an outage. No priority given at all.
