Telus bill after i cancel my internet plan after 2 months

I canceled my home internet plan back in September and returned the router to Canada post as instructed. I paid my last bill in October and it says my outstanding balance is 0. However, i got an email recently saying i have a bill $111.95 due on January 15, 2025 which i dont understand.
Reached out on X but failed verify probably my account doesnt exist any more. I am outside of Canada and dont have a Canadian phone number, can someone can help look this up?
