Internet cancellation
I requested a internet transfer with another provider, but clearly hasn't gone through Telus as I am still being charged. Post Canada also hasn't delivered the modern, maybe that is why... BUT, I am unable to talk to someone over the phone !!! I have been waiting for over 2 hours.... How else can I contact them? Email??

How do I cancel an automatic prepayment to my Account. Support chat said go to billing and press Cancel, but that does not appear? I prepaid too much and am 3 months ahead.

Hey Bruce - There's a few ways to cancel the prepayments. How are your payments being made? I know there's ways to set up your bank account to automatically send us a payment ever month. That could be the reason it does not appear.

No, actually I received a call, however the person was supposed to call me back the next morning and I never heard back…. This was 2 days ago!!
I hope this won’t affect my credit! I just want to cancel my service!!
