Does anybody check the Jan 2021 Bill and confirm that the all promised (2020 Boxing Day/Week) discounts on place?
I switched to Internet 300 on Dec. 26 2020 (using "Manage My Internet - Change Plan" buttons) online. The next day I check the speed and it reflected the new plan.
At that day I was quite happy to complete that process (switching to another plan) by just two clicks and enjoying the first 6 months $50 discount.
However, my Jan 2021 bill says that I switched to the new plan not on Dec. 26 2020, but Jan 4 2021 and the discount is only $5.
I regret that I wasn't paranoid and I didn't make any screenshots of the plan I chosen. Did any one?

You can review contract changes in My Telus.
Click on My Profile and then View Service Agreements for your home services.
This will show you your most recent Service Agreement and pricing.
If this doesn't match your records then it's worth reaching out to billing support.
