Telus has been in our complex a month now. They've dug holes everywhere and backfilled them with dirt. I thought they were supposed to put things back exactly how they found it??? Next they install a LB to my home which looked perfectly fine basement level until tonight I come home and found the LB gone and a big grey box installed backing onto my main floor. It's completely crooked and loose from the wall flimsy with a couple of screws barely holding it! If they actually we're bringing fibre into my home it would end up in my main floor! I have found no where to call about this and am about to take matters into my own hands and remove this trash from my building!
