Damage to lawn by Telus contractors or installers
This past fall, contractors or installers laid Telus fibre optic cable in my yard and other yards in my neighborhood. Now I see that there is a large hole that they left in my lawn. The hole has recently been filled with gravel. This is not acceptable as a replacement for the soil and grass that was there before this damage occurred. Is Telus going to rectify this issue? This is not exactly a winning strategy for gaining customers or goodwill.

There was an email about this a month or two ago. They are supposed to be inspecting lawns and fixing poor work. I cannot find the email however, as you could request a visit as well. I will continue to look as I need a repair as well
