I have a My Telus account and am trying to log into Telus Connect to set up my wifi. Any time I try to log in I get the following message. "Unable to log into this app with you mytelus account settings.".
I have tried resetting my password. I have made sure the internet account is linked in the MyTelus app. I don't know what to do from here.
