In the whole town, your neighbourhood, or just you? Since it is not reported on the Service Status page, it would seem to be a small area outage, and you would be best to contact Telus directly. Their Social Media team at Facebook or Twitter might be easiest.

The more people that contact Telus if their service is out, the better.
