My internet hasn’t been working for 11 hours. Called Telus tech support. Finally someone called me back after 1 more hours. After troubleshooting everything, the guy who was on the call disconnected me without providing any solution. I had to call back and waited another 1.5 hours till someone answered. Then she told me the earliest technician is available the second day and there is nothing she can do .
I don’t have internet, no TV, security cameras are offline, no alarm.
Telus, your service went downhill dramatically! I have been using your services for more than 10 years, but this the way you treat your customers?!
