I’m reaching out in frustration after repeated unsuccessful attempts to upgrade my suite to Telus PureFibre service.
Recently, Telus made infrastructure upgrades in my apartment building. A tech was at my door getting it fibre ready, many of my neighbours have PureFibre, and I can literally see the fibre cables.
However, every time I attempt to upgrade, Telus' system only offers copper options. Despite multiple calls and conversations with over six representatives, they insist “your suite is only provisioned for copper.”
All I want is to enjoy PureFibre like the rest of my building, what is the missing link for me to make the jump? Has anyone else experienced this?

I have the same problem. I have the fibre cable in house already, and I had the purefibre plan before. Now I want to go back to Telus, but the rep said purefibre is not available at my address. Could you fix my issue, too. Thank you.
