Smart hub constantly cutting in and out

Just Moved In
When playing online games I get constant lag spikes up to 1200+ ping. Seems to be my service. When I run a speed test I'll see it freeze and not work at all. It is not a device on my network using bandwidth as I've tried before with devices disconnected. I don't know what to do. It's been doing this for 2 months straight and has been very fustrating paying a high amount for a service that can't even be used.

First important question. Which modem/gateway are you using? The Smart Hub (cellular) or the Wifi hub (fibre)?
