Router line 2 disconnected

Noticed my speeds way down yesterday. I’m on copper with internet 100 and my speed at the router is now less than 50. I checked the router settings and it says line 2 is disconnected although it is still plugged in the router. Tried all the usual steps. Any ideas?

Seems to me that you need to get a Telus tech out to check the lines. It would seem the issue is most likely out on their copper lines between your home and the wire centre.

Tech came and line 2 is now working but  now my download speeds are down by about 30, only getting 61. Guess I’ll have to call again.

Now oddly my upload speed has increased to about 35 but my download is still around 60.
