How do I cancel my order for the new Telus Tv box?

I hear the upgrade is terrible so I would like to keep my old bulky box, I put the order in for an upgrade today and the box is supposed to be shipped on Friday, but I would like to cancel this order. Can anybody help me with this please?

  • If you are on an older service plan, any replacement box should be compatible with your service; this means a DVR box with a 1TB hard drive.

    They have to put you on a whole new plan to be compatible with the new cloud based DVR system. At the moment these seem to be only rolling out to new customers.

    Once you put in your order, you're hooped. I should have waited until Telus said you HAVE to change over to the new box.
