Hello,
i have moved away from Telus for almost 6 months now. Have outstanding credit and been calling in since Feb ‘24 and time and time again, i have been told my account has been settled and everything is good and i will recieve the refund. Still i just tried calling in Telus and they are saying my account is still active. Is there really something so difficult that everytime people say it will be settled but nothing has been done and nobody is able to help me with this issue ? What are the best steps now ?

It does take a few billing cycles before refunds are issued if there's a remaining credit, though of course it should be resolved by now if it's from February. Feel free to send us a private message and we can discuss further.
