We had a new modem connected a few months ago and ever since then our wireless printer will not connect. Any suggestions?
I would revisit the wi-fi connection steps for your printer and hopefully that will resolve the issue.
If you still can't get it working then let us know what the router and printer model are.
It's also possible the printer was issued a new IP address when the router was changed. You may need to remove and add the printer back to any computers that were using it.
