Telus cut off my internet service and broke the contract I signed without my request and now, after hours spent with custom service they forced me to sign a new contract, they are charging me almost 3 times the price. Be careful because it appears Telus is starting to scam people by using the excuse of an error they can't identify to interrupt your service if you sign up for a discount offer.
I spent hours with Custom Service where I only received momentary apologies with the promise of a solution. Then they sent me a tripled bill. Telus is putting me through a really stressful time.
I'm thinking of taking legal action against Telus
