Can't recieve calls into our number, callers getting message 'Number not assigned'. Started over 24 hours ago. Can't get a hold of support, online chat, or twitter help.
Are you still able to call out? If so what number does the call display show on the receiving end?
I've used online chat support with great success. What do you mean by "Can't get a hold of"? Are you referring to the wait time or you don't have access?
