I would love to know how one can pay a bill on a Sunday (on the deadline date), in not being penalized on a Monday with no service (cut off) then for a re-hookup of services? Some elderly people do not have a computer or internet and can only pay bills at the bank.
This can lead to a cash grab by Telus for those individuals in this situation, no one fiscally comes to your home; rather digitally doing this in seconds resulting an additional revenue stream at 100% profit.
Would like a response please.

I'm pretty sure services will never be cut off for a late payment. Repeated non-payment is a different story.
If you don't have Internet access to pay your bills online then I suggest setting up automatic payment from a credit card. You can always pay the bill on a Friday if it's due on Monday.
