I was paying 95/mo ($10 extra because I returned their Optik box) and I just got a bill for $175 out of the blue. All I wanted to begin with, was internet, nothing else, not even essentials. I've spent days on hold, trying to get to someone to talk to and I finally did but he had no real idea. We were finally making headway I thought, when he wanted to xfer me to another department, which put me back into the +2 hour queue. I have searched all over mytelus and everywhere else, but nowhere can I find how to cancel all these extras I never did want. I even have essentials but no way to watch it without an Optik box. I need to get this fixed as I'm a widow on a pension and this is a lot of money for me. I'm thinking they have made it so clear they don't want to help customers that I should just go elsewhere.

I am dealing with the same thing. I keep getting billed for a service I canceled 45 days ago. They are not professional and will not help you at all. I can't imagine it is legal to charge for services you are not getting. I went on to Better Business Bureau and can not believe all the people dealing with the same issues from this company.
