I have no dial tone on my landline and no way of calling out, no help from the Telus website, what do I do now?

You'll need to contact Telus to get it dealt with if the troubleshooting on the website was unsuccessful. If you don't want to call from another line you could try the online chat on the website. Choose Yes for being a customer > Home, > Home Services > and then log in. After that if it just goes to the chat, tell it "no dialtone" and it should get you to where you need to be.
