Unfortunately telus mesh has not been working in my house, even with a wired back haul and numerous tech visits. Intermittent problems of WiFi dropping or refusing to connect has made it hard for techs to diagnose and ultimately never fixing the issue.
I am looking to bypass the Telus equipment and install my own deco system. I prefer the ease of use for controls on the deco rather then trying to change settings through Telus.
when I place the NH20T in 10GB bridge mode, my deco says no wan ip can be obtained and there is zero internet access. I have 3gb service so I do not want to bridge a 1gb port.
I contact Telus support who were unable to assist and said it’s an advanced setting that is probably software locked.
Ive read through some other posts but haven’t found the solution I’m looking for. Hopefully someone can assist.
