I moved my mobile services to koodo as Telus would not match their offer.

I still have my internet with Telus but cannot use the wifi app any more. 

Why can't I still control my internet and wifi?

Under your network wi-if make sure it’s the same network used on the T3200m. If default it will be the same as the sticker attached to your modem or sticker the tech left you. If you changed the SSID it will be whatever you named the network..

Mobility account has no bearing on the My Wi-Fi app. Make sure you’re on the same SSID of your modem on the device (cellphone).

What error(s) login issues do you see?
