Lost access to game servers.

So, I had an issue with my Telus fibre, where I only got about 15mbps D/L (I'm on gigabit) on my wired PC. I called tech support and they sorted it out. I guess it was not on my end. A day later, I noticed I couldn't connect to online game servers for multiple games, but I could browse the internet at full speed.

I hotspotted my PC to my Koodo phone and could connect to everything again. I factory reset my Telus router again but same issue.

I called Telus support, and it looks like a factory reset of my ONT was necessary. Now everything is connecting. I didn't realize there was a reset button on the back of the ONT, as it was on the wall.

Can you provide any more details on which games, which platform (PC or console). which servers, and any error messages you are seeing? There shouldn't be anything that I can think of off hand that should be blocking access but more details could give an idea what it could be.

Additionally, which Telus gateway are you using? Is your PC/console connected directly to the gateway using ethernet or does it go through another router first?
