I lost my Outlook Calendar and Contacts when doing the Telus migration of email to google. In order to get Outlook to work with the new configuration, the Telus tech deleted my existing telus email account in Outlook so they could add the new one. This resulted in losing all my contacts and calendar, and I can't figure out how to get them back. Telus is saying its not their problem.

i am having issues with telus...
i cant even get my email&pw accepted in order to set migration date
and the waits for telus helps are horrendous!!
understandable tho! with this big transition if their many customers!
once i get my issue resolved.... i will be not using telus email anymore.
what a mess!
