I have been using call control for quite some time I am wondering if like other Phone service has Telus given up supporting them? I can activated call control but when I click on my accepted list or blocked list I can no longer add a number. I have call control on but I got scam call that obviously went through - it was computer generated and not human so this leads me to believe this is another service that Telus does not really care about

Possibly you have hit the limit of 25 numbers per list (accepted, blocked). I've encountered this and had to trim the list to accomodate new numbers. To make this more manageable you may wish to edit the custom name to include a date when it was added to the list so you can purge older items. The lists are sorted by this name.

I do not even have the ability to remove names. Also my blocked list only has 5 but I cannot add any more

Are you using the My Telus app or the website? It seems there are more options available via the website.

I made changes recently through the website but after checking there no longer seems to be a way to remove numbers from the list😢

My mistake. I was looking in the wrong place. I can still manage the lists with the app or the web page. You need to go the list and select the number and then there is an option to remove.

Only way is to call *99 and enable it.
then do a torturous process of getting every caller you want accepted to call you once. Then you *99 and add them. And repeat over and over till you add them all.

This has been going on since September. See, Re: Call Control accepted list will not display we... - Page 2 - TELUS Neighbourhood, Telus admits it's an issue.
Still not working on browser or ios app, Can’t add numbers to list manually, can’t access preferences to allow failed call attempts to leave voice mail. Therefore, I am no longer getting automated calls from my kids school district. This sucks, has been going on since September. Why can’t Telus fix this?
