Hello, I have a business account with TELUS and the sales rep who was selling me additional mobility devices was very frustrated that one of his colleagues may get the sale because he did not follow up and when I try to reassure him that I’m OK with him finalizing the sale he told me additional products that didn’t actually fit in the business category and has not followed up no matter how many times I have contacted him. Please reach out to me as I do not believe this reflects TELUS quality of customer service and I’m quite frustrated at having been taken advantage of by a sales rep just so he could have a sale , thank you, MK
