I cancelled my home services 6 months ago because we moved out of province. I had prepaid for the last month with services being terminated 9 days into the last month. I was told that the refund cheque would be mailed to my new address. Since then, I have received 5 monthly statements via email each showing a balance of -$125.33. I have called the 3 times. The first 2 lengthy calls, I was told that the next cycle my refund for the account balance would be mailed out. That did not happen. The 3rd very lengthy call, yesterday, I was told that a refund ticket had been initiated, that I would be emailed the refund ticket number. I did not receive the refund ticket by email. I did receive another statement showing a balance of -$125.33.
