I am looking for an email address to submit my complaint regarding home internet service which is not working properly from past 6 months or more. When I call the customer care, they give me some solutions which are not working at all like switch off and switch on the internet modem and connecting to wi-fi booster. I have tried what ever customer care center says and its not working for me. The reason I am looking for email address because I want to send screenshots from my phone and TV showing this network error.
I am working from home and its quite embarrassing when internet goes off while on office calls and video chats.
