Firstly I was forced to get the optic tv for which I was supposed to get credits every month. And then after a month the bill came up to 208 from 81 per month. The lady I aas dealing with named davita told me she will fix everything and get me all the required credits if I switch my account from my brother's name to my name.
I agreed to $80 a month for internet and optik tv even though I didn’t want the optik tv but davita told me it's still going to be $80 for two years now, well it’s more than that! How can she lie like this? Secondly, I haven't even received the tv and I am still getting charged for it. Whosoever got it also made a Disney plus subscription on my account.
She scammed me! I thought I was going to save now I’m paying even more. I am so frustrated as she is not answering my calls, plus the telus department always tells me they'll transfer my call and then I keep on waiting but they don't respond.
