Fibre Infrastructure in my Neighbourhood

I live in Penticton B.C. Canada near the Skaha side. I'm wondering how I can convince Telus to set up a Fibre Internet Infrastructure in my neighborhood. It's almost 2025, there should be no reason why it isn't already set up. You guys only offer 25mbps in my area!

Hello. A lot of factors come in to play when dealing with infrastructure and our PureFibre network, from cost to the wiring in any specific area/location. We're always working on expanding our network to as many locations as we can.
