Am a new Telus fiber inet client. From first day, the bluetooth signal to Optik TV boxes randomly disconnects. Happens numerous times an hour on each of 3 boxes. Telus sent me 2 new boxes after I spent 3 hours on the phone being passed around between Telus staff. No change is the result. I had to create a new wired network in my home to continue to have tv. I called yesterday to get tech support but again was passed around between Telus departments and grew to frustrated after one hour, most of it on hold.
After 4 hours on the phone I still dont have wireless tv. I give up! Wireless tv should not be a service Telus can offer. Telus support is a joke. I do not recommend anyone purchase this service unless you have an IT background and can create your own wired network.
