Re: Login Failed, Error Code:LGN-301

I cannot download my billing statement from Telus webpage from desktop which requires me to get the billing statement from My Telus app in Android. However I cannot login from My Telus app in android with error code LGN-301.


Both the Pay Bill and View Bill buttons from the Telus webpage for Home Internet are showing error pages which are:

or

It is not you, it is us. We are unable to retrieve your info at the moment. Please try again later.


I have not been provided a successful solution to solve the login error LGN-301 from the chat bot.

So far, I am failed to pay the bill and view my billing statement.

The chat bot only responds with its failure of understanding my simple login failed question.

I cannot find any email address of Telus customer service support to solve the issue.

I am despaired on the unlimited time consumed in dealing with this Telus issues.
