Telus Tv+ login failed errors

I'm a new subscriber to internet and tv with TELUS, no matter the device I try to use I cannot log into my TelusTV+. I get the errors "Login Failed ERR_AGL_ACN_3545" on the app, and "Account associated with access token is unknown or not found" error every time I try to log in on the website.

Is there a fix for this?

    1. Account Activation Check

    • Ensure your My TELUS account is fully set up and activated
    • Log into mytelus.com to verify your account is working properly
    • Make sure your TV services are showing as active in your account

    2. Complete Sign-Out and Reset

    • Sign out of ALL TELUS-related apps and services
    • Clear the TelusTV+ app cache/data or delete and reinstall the app
    • On iOS devices: Go to Settings > TV Provider and sign out of TELUS TV+ there as well
    • Wait 10-15 minutes, then try logging in again

    3. Password Reset

    • Reset your My TELUS account password
    • Use the new password to log into both mytelus.com and TelusTV+

    • Call TELUS technical support: 1-888-811-2323
    • Use the TELUS Support chat on their website
    • Visit a TELUS store for in-person assistance

      Yes I have tried the app on multiple devices. Chrome. Edge. Firefox. Cleared cache and all. I'm beginning to think it's not on my end. Wondering if there's an easy fix I haven't tried. Mostly wondering if Telus or myself didn't set my account up for it properly.
