Hello,
This is very frustrating, that the optical moderm will disconnect the ethernet devices every 60 minutes.
Then will not resume the connection unless hard reset the moderm.
Is it a faulty moderm or Telus has backdoored my moderm or something?
Symton:
1. Hard reset the moderm. NH20T
2. Connect a computer via the cable plugged directly to any of sockets on the moderm.
3. After 60 minutes exact, the network will be disconnected.
4. Will not reconnect unless hard reset the moderm again
5. All 3 computers are having the same issue.
6. Telus's Wifi booster are also affected

A quick update:
I called Telus support, and the technician on the phone was very helpful. He said everything looked normal from his end, but he did another hard reset remotely, and everything was back to normal after that.
