We moved into our new build house earlier this month (inner-City Calgary). The Telus Drop team came and (incorrectly) completed their work outside of the house. Since then, we’ve had 2 other scheduled visits from Telus (unable to complete the work inside the house) and a second missed appointment from the drop team. I’ve made numerous calls and the customer support team aren’t helping whatsoever. To make this worse, we’re still being billed by Telus despite their screw ups and relying on phone data to get us by.
Any advice on who I can call or how I can escalate to get this completed?
