Continuously missed installation appointments

I signed up for Telus home Internet and for the last two days I have had installation booked and no show both days, I am being left on hold I have been given no explanation. Just passed off. I am very upset and if this is any indication of what my service will be..... This has been unprofessional and this company has left me and my family all week without Internet all week.
