At this point I would try a complete reset of the device back to factory settings and see what happens. I had an issue where 5GHz devices would connect to the internet, but not to ethernet-connected devices on my network. It was solved firstly by use of a Boost mesh extender, and finally by an upgrade from the T3200M. You might be experiencing a parallel issue.
