I have a T3200M and a WiFi Plus access point (WEB6000Q). Can I add another WiFi Plus or another access point to my Telus modem?

You can but you'd be saturating the home with more WiFi and the Q6000 extenders are not really designed for mesh networking. Your WiFi performance could actually get worse as your devices might not be switching between the best access point as efficiently as Boost WiFi. Those Boost pods are specifically designed for mesh networks and handle higher numbers of access points much better.
