just got off a long and frustrating call with telus tech support. I sent my husband a google doc today and when he got the email, first it said “my email address was outside of his organization” and then when he went to open the doc, it said he didn’t have access to google docs. The tech support person said nobody with telus email (we still use the old .net address) can receive google products anymore (docs, numbers, pages, etc). Is this really fact?? She refused to escalate this to tier 2 or tier 3 for any additional help. She just kept repeating herself over and over that it’s not supported and not possible for telus customers that use their email, to receive anything “google”. She then told me to “contact google the manufacturer”. Please help, this is crazy!
