Inability to Access Google Docs on Telus Email Accounts

Hi there,

My wife runs a small business and has been using her TELUS accounts to access google docs for quite a while.  Her customers send her links to their files in google docs with security allowing her TELUS email addresses to access them.

With the recent switch over to gmail she has been having a problem where her TELUS accounts can't access google docs any longer.  I think it has to do with the option you select to log in as the TELUS or the regular google account when access a telus email account in google.  However, I haven't been able to find a toggle to swap it over.  

I am hoping there is a simple setting I am missing somewhere.  I'm no google expert though and haven't found anything yet.

Any help would be appreciated.
